Use the search field or category filters on Tutorials & Patterns. Each tutorial page includes its available instruction formats and any related product or pattern links.
Where do I download a digital crochet pattern?
Digital pattern delivery depends on where you purchased it. Open the order email from that store and follow its download link. Our buying guide explains the Shopify delivery process step by step.

Chart instructions use crochet symbols and a chart key. Table instructions use abbreviations and ordered rows or rounds. Check the product page before purchasing to confirm which format is included.
Where can I see projects made by other crocheters?
Community Projects shows finished work shared by Susan's Family members. When a project is linked to a tutorial, its detail page includes a direct route back to that tutorial.
How do I access saved tutorials and my projects?
Sign in with the same account you used previously, then open My account. Your projects, saved tutorials, and browsing history are grouped there.
Who should I contact about an order?
Email en@susudiy.com and include your order number, the store where you purchased, and a short description of the issue. Do not include payment card details.
