The chart here is demonstrated using the large size as an example. The row count for the small size is identical, but the stitch count differs; you can refer to the chart for crocheting.
Chart Key

Note: This pattern is making in Chinese crochet pattern terms, and the stitch name is written using American terminology. All measurements in charts are in cm.
Part 1 Front piece × 2

Part 2 Back piece
When crocheting the last row, work and join along the edge of the front piece's shoulder. After completing this, sew it to Section 1 of the front piece. Place the right sides of the pieces together and sew with single crochets.

Part 3 Sleeves (the crochet method is identical for all sizes)
After completing the crocheting of the sleeves, attach them to the armhole using the following method. This is done by working single crochets on the wrong side of the fabric pieces. Before sewing, determine the sewing position. If there are extra stitches, you can create pleats at the shoulders, with the number of pleats and times depending on the remaining stitch count at the shoulders.
Note: The even section of the sleeves can be worked back and forth or crocheted in rounds depending on your preference; the chart is for reference only.

Part 4 Hem lace trim
First, crochet 1 round of edges around the main part, then work back and forth.

Part 5 collar, ribbon decorations
The sample is crocheted with 21 groups of patterns, and the number of pattern groups can be adjusted according to the actual total number of single crochets. Cut the ribbon according to your preference.
