This cardigan consists of the main part, sleeves, and the overall edging. Both the main part and sleeve body are made by joining motifs together. The sleeve motifs and main part motifs use the same crochet technique, except that the sleeve motifs have one additional round compared to the main part motifs.

Tools: Susan's Family 3.60mm crochet hook or 3.50mm regular crochet hook.

This pattern is making in Chinese crochet pattern terms, and the stitch name is written using American terminology. All measurements in charts are in cm.
PART1 Main Part A 00' 41'' (Episode 1)
The main part consists of motifs, left and right neck-shoulders, back neck-shoulder, and joining together. The motifs include Motif One through Motif Five, plus a variation of Motif One. Except for Motif One and its variation which need to be crocheted in advance, all other motifs are joined together while working the last round. After completing the motifs, crochet the left and right neck-shoulders and back neck-shoulder sections, then attach the neck-shoulder parts by working single crochet and chain stitches on the wrong side. Note:
1. The size of motif 1 to motif 5 is 11.5cm.
2. Motif 1 and the modified motif 1 tend to be smaller than other motifs. You can measure the size after crocheting a few rounds, then adjust your tension accordingly. As long as all motifs are roughly the same size, it's fine.
3. Refer to pages 6 for the diagrams of left shoulder neck, right shoulder neck, and back neck.

PART 2 Sleeves B 19' 03'' (Episode 2)
The sleeve is divided into three parts: the armhole, the sleeve motif, and the cuff. First, crochet the sleeve motif and join them together to form a tube. Then work a round for the cuff. After that, crochet the armhole by working a round around the main part and attaching the sleeve. The armhole is crocheted by working a round around the main part and attaching the sleeve. Note:
1. The size of motif 1 to motif 5 is 13cm.
2. The crochet method and joining together of sleeve body motif and sleeve motif are the same as main part motif, only with one additional round.
