Auspicious Mobile Pocket

This mobile pocket has 3 designs: Reunion Blessing style, Prosperity Bloom style, and Lotus Harvest style. They share the similar crochet method. Each of them consists of the main part and decorations.
 
Note:
1.This pattern is making in Chinese crochet pattern terms, and the stitch name is written using American terminology. All measurements in charts are in cm. 
2.When crocheting in rounds without further guidance, working in closed rounds, start each round with a set number of beginning chains and close with a slip stitch. The beginning chain preceding a single crochet and the slip stitch used for joining rounds are not included in the total stitches.

sc2tog: single crochet 2 stitches together

The handcrafted measurements may have an error of 1 to 2cm. Due to variations in individual tension, the size of the sample is for reference only.

PART1 Main PartA​

The main part consists of the body and the strap. The body includes the front and back pieces. Both of the two pieces start wih a foundation chain and crochet back and forth in rows. Once complete, sew them together. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

STEP1 Back PieceA1​ 00' 54'' ​【EN1426】 

The back piece is divided into Section 1 and Section 2, and Sectin 2 foms the flap. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

The row counts of Section1 on the chart are just for reference, stop once you reach 18cm when you crochet.

STEP2 Front PieceA2​ 16' 20'' ​【EN1426】 

The method for Section 1 is identical to the back piece. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

1. The decorative slip stitches include two parts, the outer line and the middle line;
2. The height and row counts of the front piece shoule be the same as that of the back piece;
3. Leave a 1.5m tail for sewing when you finish the front piece;
4. Clean the water-soluble mark with water after your decoraive slip stitches are done.

STEP3 Sew the front and back piecesA3​ 26' 05'' ​【EN1426】

STEP4 Bag StrapA4​ 30' 03'' ​【EN1426】 

Take the yarn in the same color as the pouch, cut a length of yarn more than 18 meters long, fold the yarn tail in half twice and crochet from the middle. The length of the strap shall be 90cm, but you can adjust it as you desire. After the strap is done, sew it onto the two sides o the pouch. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

PART2 AccessoriesB​

Accessories include magnetic clasps and decoraive accessories. Decorative accessoies include the bottom pearls, the fornt decorations, and the flap decorations.

Take 2 strands of the yran in the same color as the pouch to sew the bottom pearls. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

STEP3 Decorations on the Front PieceB3​ 46' 17'' ​

Prosperity Bloom style【EN1426】 （Color: 49#Pearl）

The front decorations including two flowers and a few leaves. The flowers need to be crocheted and the leaves can be sewn onto the front piece. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Each of the flowers is started with a double magic ring and crocheted counterclocwise. Attach them onto the front piece after you finish them.

Reunion Blessing style【EN1427】(Color: 16#Lemonade) 46' 18'' ​

The front decorations including one moon and a few stars. The moon needs to be crocheted and the stars can be sewn onto the front piece. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

 Moon 
The moon is started with a double magic ring and crocheted counterclocwise. Apply glue to the wrong side and attach it above the middle decorative slip stitch on the front piece after you finish it.

Lotus Harvest style【EN1428】（Color: 25#Fair Green） 46' 18'' ​

The front decorations including two lotus leaves, a few pearls, an one goldfish. The lotus leaves need to be crocheted and the pearls and goldish can be sewn onto the front piece. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Each of the lotus leaves is started with a double magic ring and crocheted counterclocwise. Apply glue to the wrong side and attach them onto the front piece after you finish them.
