Materials: Combed 5# Lace , Gem Twist , South African Soft Mohair Mixed Hand-Knitting Yarn
Tool: 2.00 mm crochet hook

Note:
1.This pattern is making in Chinese crochet pattern terms, and the stitch name is written using American terminology. All measurements in charts are in cm;
2.The Cheongsam is worked with 1 strand of Lace and Gem Twist held together throughout the whole piece. (However, for the underarm increases, joining parts and sewing on buttons, use only 1 strand of Lace, without adding Gem Twist);
3.The Shawl is worked with 1 strand of South African Soft Mohair.

Part 1 Cheongsam
The cheongsam includes the main part,edging,and buttons.The main part is divided into the body,the back piece,and the front pieces.First, crochet and join the main parts together.Then work on the neckline,arm spaces, and hem.Add edging to each of these areas separately.Finally, sew on the buttons.
Step 1 The Body A 01' 09'' (Part 1)
The body is made by joining two identical pieces. Each body piece begins with a foundation chain.Work along the foundation chain. Crochet back and forth in rows. Each body piece is divided into three sections. Please refer to the video demonstration for details.
Body Piece *2, chart for 120-140 size body piece
Note: The body piece can be extended downward by adding the corresponding C sequences as needed (alternate between C1 and C2 in Section 3).

Step 2 Back Piece B 59' 33'' (Part 1)
The Back piece is started by crocheting on top of one of the body fabric pieces. It's divided into two sections: Section 1 is worked all together, and Section 2 is worked in 2 separate pieces. For details, please refer to the video demonstration.

Step 3 Join Front Piece And Shoulders Together C 00' 12'' (Part 2)
The front piece is divided into three sections. Section 1 is worked as a whole, while Sections 2 and 3 are worked in 2 separate pieces. After finishing the front piece, join the shoulders together. For details, please refer to the video explanation and demonstration.
| Front Piece(The two sections are the same as the chart) | ||
| Unit:cm | Rows of Section 1 | Rows of Section 3 |
| Adult Large Size | 15 | 8 |
| Adult Small Size | 15 | 6 |
| Child 120-140 cm | 11 | 4 |
| Child 100-120 cm | 9 | 4 |

Part 2 Edging And Buttons D 04' 51'' (Part 2)
Once the main part is done, crochet the edging separately around the armholes, neckline, and hem. Finally, sew on two small buttons. For details, please refer to the video demonstration.

Part 3 Shawl E
The shawl includes the main part, edging, and buttons. The main part for the two child sizes is divided into 4 sections, while the main part for the two adult sizes is divided into 6 sections. The shawl is worked by first crocheting the main part, then adding the edging, and finally sewing on the buttons.
Note: The yarn used for the shawl is special and not easy to undo, so it's recommended to practice the stitch techniques before crocheting.
Step 1 Main Part E1 51' 34'' (Part 2)
Section 1 involves chaining the corresponding number of holes, then working back and forth in alternating rows of half double crochets and single crochets. Sections 3 and 5 follow a similar stitch pattern to Section 1. Sections 2, 4, and 6 also share a similar stitch technique. For details, please refer to the video demonstration and explanation.

Step 2 Edging, Buttons E2 61' 43'' (Part 2)
After completing the main part, you need to crochet 2 rounds along the edge. Finally, sew on a larger button. Please refer to the video demonstration for details.
