Combed Cotton 4 ply

We blend cotton yarn with bulked polyacrylonitrile fiber in a 6:4 ratio, which significantly increases the production difficulty due to the differing properties of polyacrylonitrile and cotton yarn. The spinning and dyeing costs are notably elevated; however, this process retains the breathability and skin-friendliness of cotton while preventing static electricity. It also substantially enhances the thickness of the yarn, making it ideally suited for hand knitting applications.
