Creamy Cookie Blanket

Pattern format

Instructions

Begin crocheting from the center. At the end of each round, unless otherwise specified, break the yarn for an invisible join. The entire blanket has no individual pattern and does not require sewing; crochet all the way through.

Note: Due to variations in individual tension, the size of the sample is for reference only.
Since there are many instances of working in rows, please refer to the video if you find the chart hard to understand.
If your crocheting tension is relatively loose, please switch to a 5.00mm crochet hook.

Materials: Susan's Family Morandi 8#

Hook: 5.50 mm crochet hook

Note: This pattern is making in Chinese crochet pattern terms, and the stitch name is written using American terminology. All measurements in charts are in cm.

Note: There are many rows worked across, it's recommended to refer to the video to complete it.

Part 1 Section One

Part 2 Section Two

The blanket starts to change from a circle to a square shape, with cross-row crocheting in rounds 32 and 34. Please refer to the video tutorial.

Part 3 Section Three

Note: Please refer to the video for rounds 44-45.

Part 4 Section Four

Since the number of stitches increases gradually with each round, starting from this section, the repeating pattern (stitch) for each side will only show a part of it (which does not affect crocheting), and please refer to the color chart for the number of stitches in each round; Round 51 is crocheted into the long needle of Round 49, and the specific crocheting method refers to the video.

Note: Please refer to the video for rounds 53, 54, and 56.

Part 5 Section Five

Part 6 Section Six

Note: Please refer to the video for rounds 67-68 and 70-72.

Part 7 Section Seven

For the V-stitches in round 74, work them into the back ridge of a chain from round 72, while overlapping with the single crochet from round 73 in the same position (refer to the video). The 2 single crochets at the corner in round 79 are worked into the "2 chain spaces at the corner" from round 77.
