This shawl consists of a collar, the main piece, the bordure, and Chinese frogs. First, complete the knitting of the collar and the main piece, then sew them together. Next, knit the border, and finally, knit the Chinese frogs and sew them onto the shawl.


Gauge: 27sts*38H=10*9cm
The handcrafted measurements may have an error of 1 to 2 cm.
Due to variations in individual tension, the size of the sample is for reference only.
Materials: Susan's Family two strands of Alpaca held together
Needles: 4.0mm circular needle

2, This pattern is making in Chinese crochet pattern terms, and the stitch name is written using American terminology. All measurements in charts are in cm.

Follow the pattern chart, Changing colors every two rows.

Part 2 Main pieceB 15' 53''
Pick up and knit the main piece on the wrong side of the collar, working evenly. Refer to the structure diagram for the number of stitches to pick up. Change colors between color 1 and color 2 every 2 rows.


Part 3 The Bordure(color1)C 28' 10''
Referring to the structure diagram, knit Bordure 1, then pick up stitches and work Bordure 2 at the point where the collar joins the main piece.

Part 4 The Chinese frogs and buttons(color 1)D 31' 21''
Knit the Chinese frog band to the desired length according to the pattern chart, then refer to the video to make the Chinese frogs and sew them onto the shawl. Finally, sew the buttons in the appropriate places.
