Instructions

Note: Hand-measured, with an error margin of 1-2 cm.
Due to variations in individual tension, the size of the sample is for reference only.
Materials:  Morandi Silk Touch Tencel Yarn

Hook: [Small size]2.00 mm crochet hook、[Medium size]2.50 mm crochet hook、[Large size]3.00 mm crochet hook
Crocheting sequence: Rounds 1-3 for the vest—Round 4 for the hem + front bands and neckline
Rounds 1 and 2 of the vest are crocheted separately on the left and right sides. Round 1 starts from the center seam under the arm with a foundation chain of 30 groups. Round 3 is crocheted and joined along the back as you go. Rounds 1-3 have the same stitch pattern and structure, maintaining symmetry on both sides. Round 4 is for the hem section. After completing the seventh row of Round 4, directly start the first row of the front bands and neckline. Once this round is completed, return to Round 4 and continue with the eighth row (the eighth row of Round 4 is on the right side because it needs to be crocheted in rounds together with the two rounds of the front bands and neckline without changing direction). After that, crochet the second row of the front bands and neckline, adding buttonholes and securing buttons while crocheting this row.
Details for each round:
- Round 1: Crocheting in rounds, with 19 puff stitches in the fourth row and 50 stitches in the eighth row.
- Round 2: Crocheting in rows, with 20 puff stitches in the fourth row and 46 stitches in the eighth row.
- Round 3: Crocheting in rows, with 26 puff stitches in the fourth row and 58 stitches in the eighth row.
- Round 4: Crocheting in rows, with 32 puff stitches in the fourth row and 85 stitches in the eighth row.
Note: For the vest sections, change direction when crocheting. For the neckline and front bands, do not change direction when crocheting in rounds.

Part 1 Body First Sequence

The vest starts from the middle seam under the arm, with a mesh cast on of 30 groups. The first round is hooked in a pattern, with 19 puffs in the fourth row and 50 stitches in the eighth row. The first sequence is symmetrical.

Part 2 Body second and third sequences

Part 3 Body Fourth Sequence

The 4th sequence is for the hem section, worked in rows. In the 4th row, there are 32 popcorn stitches, and in the 8th row, there are 85 spaces. After completing the 7th row, directly start working on the first row of the front band and neckline (refer to the chart on the next page). Once you finish the round, return to the 4th sequence and continue with the 8th row of the 4th sequence. Note that only the 4th sequence is on the right side because it will be joined with the rounds of the front band and neckline without changing direction. After this, work on the second row of the front band and neckline, adding buttonholes and securing buttons while working on this row.

Part 4 Body Fourth Sequence

The lace trim consists of two rows. After completing the seventh row of sequence 4, go directly to the first row of the front band and neckline. When you reach the end of the round, return to sequence 4 and continue with the eighth row. After finishing the eighth row, work the second row of the front band and neckline, adding buttonholes and securing buttons while crocheting the second row.

Part 5 Lengthen the body of the garment in the fifth sequence

Break the yarn after completing the last row of squares in sequence 4, then start a new yarn for sequence 5 and the neckline front band.
