Picasso’s Sketch Vest

The vest includes the front piece, the back piece, and the collar. Firstly, we make the front and back pieces, and join the shoulders together. Then sew the sides of the pieces together. Finally, pick up stitches around the neckline to form the collar.

k2tog: knit 2 stitches together on right side, purl 2 stitches together on wrong side

skp(o): on right side, slip 1 stitch knitwise, knit next stitch, pass slipped stitch over; on wrong side, change the place of first 2 loops, purl 2 stitches together

1.Knit the collar with short needles and the other parts with circular needles.
2.The left and right in the diagram correspond to the left and right when worn.
3. The chart represent the right side of fabric, so check the key to see how to work a certain symbol on the right side and on the wrong side.
4. This pattern is making in Chinese crochet pattern terms, and the stitch name is written using American terminology. All measurements in charts are in cm.
