The Present Drawstring consisted of the snowman and the Christmas tree.

Note:
 1. This pattern is making in Chinese crochet pattern terms, and the stitch name is written using American terminology. All measurements in charts are in cm. 
 2. Working in joined round
When crocheting in rounds without further guidance, working in closed rounds, start each round with a set number of beginning chains and close with a slip stitch. The beginning chain preceding a single crochet and the slip stitch used for joining rounds are not included in the total stitches.

Snowman

The snowman consisted of the upper part and the lower part separately. Among these, the upper part mainly includes the head, the upper garment, the arms, the facial features, and accessory set one. The lower part mainly includes the body and the accessory two. First, make the upper and lower parts separately. Then, make the drawstring to connect them.

Nose: 09#Aspen Gold, Hat: 21#Black Beauty, Scarf: 51#High Risk Red. The rest are all 06#Bright White.

Part 1 Upper part

Start by crocheting the head. Then, continue crocheting the upper garment from the head. After completing it, crochet the arms separately and sew them on. Finally, add the facial features and accessories.

Step 1 Head 01' 48'' (Part 1)

Crochet in rounds using the magic ring method.Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Step 2 Top garment 30' 56'' (Part 1)

Continuing from the corresponding position of the head, crochet in rounds for the top, then break the yarn and weave in the ends on the wrong side. Please refer to the video demonstration for specifics.

Step 3 Arms 40' 34'' (Part 1)

Both start by crocheting the arm, then crochet the sleeve, and finally sew them together. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Step 4 Facial features 46' 22'' (Part 1)

The facial features include the eyes and nose. Attach the eyes to the front of the head, between round 9 and 10. Space about 7 scs apart. Next, make the nose. Crochet first, then sew. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Step 5 Accessory set one

The accessory set one including the hat, scarf, and snowflake.

Hat 52' 11'' (Part 1)

First, crochet it, then sew it onto the head using the same yarn as the hat, and finally attach a star pom-pom on the left side at the front. Please refer to the video demonstration for details.

Scarf 57' 54'' (Part 1)

First crochet it and then add the tassels. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Snowflakes 65' 28'' (Part 1)

Take one strand from the #06 Bright White and sew one group of snowflakes separately on the slightly left bottom position of the front and the right arm of the sweater. Please refer to the video demonstration for specifics.

Part 2 Lower part (06#Bright White)

Start by crocheting the body. Then add accessory set two.

Step 1 Body 00' 04'' (Part 2)

The body begins with a magic ring and crochet in rounds. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Step 2 Accessory set two 02' 23'' (Part 2)

Still sew on the snowflakes. Around the body. From round 13 to round 26. Staggered up and down. Sew 11 groups of snowflakes. The side with slip stitch marks can be slightly sparse. The opposite side can have a bit more. You can also sew according to your preference. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Part 3 Connect the upper and lower parts 03' 15'' (Part 2)

First, use color 41#Foliage Green to crochet a drawstring. The finished drawstring should be about 110 cm long, but you can adjust the length as needed. Then, attach it to the top and bottom sections. Finally, crochet small balls at the tie-off points. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Christmas tree

The Christmas tree still explain it in two parts: the upper and lower parts, make them separately and then connect them,

Part 1 Upper part

The upper part mainly includes the tree tip and the accessory set three,

Step 1 The tree tip 12' 46'' (Part 2)

Using the magic ring method to crochet in rounds, and after completing it, crochet the leaves at the corresponding positions. Please refer to the video demonstration for details.

Step 3 Accessory set three 21' 42'' (Part 2)

First, make the stars, then roughly sew 6 groups of snowflakes (take 1 strand of 06#Bright White) and about 11 beads (take 1 strand of 41#Foliage Green). Please refer to the video demonstration for details.

Part 2 Lower Part

It mainly includes the trunk and accessory set four.

Step 1 Trunk 34' 13'' (Part 2)

The crocheting of the tree trunk includes the main body and the leaves. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Step 2 Accessory set four 40' 51'' (Part 2)

On the three layers of leaves, Sew about 6 groups of snowflakes (1 strand of 06#Bright White) evenly, and about 14 beads (1 strand of 41#Foliage Green). Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Part 3 Connect the upper and lower parts 41' 16'' (Part 2)

Crochet the drawstring first. Attach and add small balls. Crocheting the drawstring is the same as the snowman version. When attaching, both ends of the drawstring pass through the tree tip and the stars. And tie the ends in a knot. Making the small balls is also the same as the snowman version.
