This bag comes in two sizes, small and large. The crocheting method is identical for both; only the stitch and row counts differ.

Note: Measurements are taken by hand, with an error margin of 1–2 cm. Due to differences in individual tension, the sample size is for reference only.

Note:  This pattern is making in Chinese crochet pattern terms, and the stitch name is written using American terminology. All measurements in charts are in cm. 


PART 1 Bottom Part 00' 01''

Use the foundation chain method and work back and forth to crochet the bottom mesh section.


PART 2 Bag Body 11' 52''

For Round 1, follow the chart to place stitch markers at designated positions firstly, then arrange the pattern for the bag body evenly around the base. Work back and forth in rounds without increasing or decreasing to crochet the main part of the bag body.


PART 3 Decreasing section *2 20' 10''

Mark the stitch marker positions according to the video, then start shaping the decreasing section from each marker.


PART 4 Strap Part *2 25' 26''

Crochet the strap part using the remaining yarn. The strap area has a total of 78 squares, but you can adjust the number of squares according to your preference.

PART 5 Joining and Edging 29' 38''

Join the two handles using the whip stitches, then work one round of single crochets around the bag opening and the strap.

PART 6 Drawstring 37' 40''

Leave a 4m tail and crochet 2 ribbed cords for the bag strap drawstrings; refer to the video for the technique.
