dc: double crochet

ch: chain

sc: single crochet

hdc: half double crochet

sl: slip stitch (tighten it or not)

join yarn: join the yarn in to work

tr: treble crochet

dc4-bobble: double crochet 4 stitches into the same space and crocheted together

sc2-in-1: 2 single crochets into the same stitch

Note:
This pattern is making in Chinese crochet pattern terms, and the stitch name is written using American terminology. All measurements in charts are in cm. 

Part 1 Strap

Work back and forth using the pattern stitch to cast on. After completion, crochet the edging. Finally, crochet the shoulder straps and sew them onto the corresponding positions. Please refer to the video demonstration for details.
