SunBask Basket Bag

This bag consists of three parts: the body, accessories, and decorations. The body includes a leather bottom, Section 1, and Section 2. The accessories include a drawstring, small balls, D-rings, a leather label, and straps. The decorations include roses and leaves. First, make the body, then attach the accessories, and finally make and sew on the decorations.

 1. This pattern is making in Chinese crochet pattern terms, and the stitch name is written using American terminology. All measurements in charts are in cm. 

Step1 Section 1 of bag bodyA1​ 00' 58'' ​

Join the yarn at the bottom of the bag, then crochet in rounds counterclockwise. Please refer to the video demonstration for details.

② Due to the size of the complete chart, only part of the chart is shown here;
③ While crocheting, you can compare the height of the finished product. If you haven't completed the corresponding number of rounds but have already reached the reference height, you don't have to finish all the rounds. You can directly crochet the last 2 rounds; missing one increase also doesn't matter;
④ In the last round, work the single crochet by picking up both the stitches from the previous round and the remaining half stitches from round 25.

Step 2 Section 2 of bag bodyA2​ 27' 50'' ​

Join the yarn on section 1 of the bag body and crochet in rounds. Please refer to the video demonstration for specifics.

4-Ply Combed Cotton: 22#Viridis

Step 3 Accessories 33' 02'' ​

Separately crochet 2 drawstrings​​B1​( 4-Ply Combed Cotton: 22#Viridis, each 40cm), and attach them to the chain spaces of the 4th round from the end of Section 2 of the bag body. Then, using an adjustable magic ring, crochet a small ball counterclockwise in rounds and attach it to the end of the drawstring. Finally, sew on D-ringB3​and leather labelB4​( 4-Ply Combed Cotton: 18#New Wheat), and attach strapB3​. Please refer to the video demonstration for details.

Step 4 Decorations 56' 50'' ​

The rose is worked with a magic ring, crocheting counterclockwise in rounds while switching colors as you go. The leaves are started with a chain stitch and crocheted in rounds following the foundation chain. Finally, sewC3​ the roses and leaves onto the corresponding position on the bag body.
