dc3tog: double crochet 3 stitches together

dc4tog: double crochet 4 stitches together

ch3 sl picot: chain 3, and then join with one slip stitch into both the front loop of the previous stitch and the front leg strand of the previous stitch.

Part 1 Cast on

Start with a foundation chain, then work in rounds, crocheting back and forth.

Part 2 Front and back pieces

Work back and forth separately in rows.

Note: When crocheting the last row of the back piece's shoulder, you need to crochet while connecting it to the front piece's shoulder.
