Sweet Sail Jacket

This garment includes the front and back pieces, sleeves, hem, front band, collar, and decorations. The decorations consist of buttons, ribbons, and small flowers. Make these parts in sequence.

Note: This pattern is making in Chinese crochet pattern terms, and the stitch name is written using American terminology. All measurements in charts are in cm. 

Part 1 Main Part

Work the foundation chain with two strands of yarn, then work back and forth pieces for the main part evenly until completed. After that, divide to crochet the front pieces and the back piece separately.

Gauge: 15 stitches and 8 rows in 10cm x 10cm

PART 2 Sleeves

Work counterclockwise in rounds with two strands of yarn at the position where 1 stitch is skipped at the armhole. After completing the main part, crochet the cuffs with one strand of yarn.

Part 3 First Round of Hem, Front Band, and Collar

After joining the front and back shoulder straps, crochet the hem, then work the front band, and finally crochet the first round of the collar.

Part 4 Collar

Work the collar back and forth with 1 yarn using chain stitches, then sew it to the first round of the collar with single crochets.

Part 5 Decorations

It includes buttons, ribbons, and small flowers. Crochet the small flowers using two strands of yarn and sew them on both sides of the collar.
