Use the method of alternating cable cast-on. Start by casting on and knitting the collar, then continue to knit the shoulder-parts. For the shoulder-part section, you need to knit short rows. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

First, hold on the stitches at the sleeve positions, then knit the body in the front and back pieces area, and continue to knit the hem afterward. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.
