Whisper Wind

This garment includes ties, shoulder-parts, body, and sleeves. Start by knitting the ties, then cast on and work in rounds for the shoulder-parts. After that, divide the stitches and work the body and sleeves separately. Remember to increase stitches under the arms. Finally, attach the ties.

The handcrafted measurements may have an error of 1 to 2 cm. Due to variations in individual tension, the size of the sample is for reference only.
Materials: Morandi flax Lace yarn ＆ Gem Twist

Needles ＆ Hook: 3.25 mm circular needle ＆ short straight needle
2.00 mm crochet hook
Neckline tie: 2 threads of Morandi flax Lace yarn + Gem Twist together. 
Remaining parts: 1 thread of Morandi flax Lace yarn + Gem Twist together.

Part 1 TiesA​ 00' 54'' ​

The ties include one neckline tie and two cuff ties. The knit method is the same for all, but the length and thickness vary. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.
Small size neckline tie length: 140cm (leave about 4.5m of yarn at the beginning)
Large size neckline tie length: 150cm (leave about 4.5m of yarn at the beginning)
Small/Large size cuff ties length: 55cm (leave about 1.5m of yarn at the beginning)

Part 2 Shoulder-partsB​ 05' 40'' ​

The shoulder-parts are started with cable cast on purlwise, then knit in rounds upwards. Holes need to be made in rounds 5-6, and some rounds require increasing stitches. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.
Note: For rounds 5-6 of the shoulder-parts, leave 2 holes for the tie. The first hole is 106 stitches apart from the starting position, and there are 3 stitches between the two holes.
Note: Before casting on, leave about 1m of Morandi flax Lace yarn for sewing up.

Part 3 BodyC​ 35' 49'' ​

After finishing the shoulder-parts, divide stitches and knit the body in rounds, and increase stitches at underarm. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Part 4 SleevesD​ 52' 04'' ​

For the first round of the sleeve, need to pick up and knit 9 stitches under the arm, and it's also knitted in rounds. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Part 5 Attach the tiesE​ 55' 59'' ​

First, sew together using the tail left from the neckline and attach the neckline tie, then thread the cuff ties. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.
