Wind Whispers

Divide into front piece, back piece, sleeves, connection, collar, and decorations. First, knit the front and back pieces and the sleeves separately. After completing them, connect the pieces together. Then pick up stitches around the neckline to knit the collar. Finally, make and attach the decorations.

K on RS, P on WS: knit on right side, purl on wrong side

skp(o): on right side, slip 1 stitch knitwise, knit next stitch, pass slipped stitch over; on wrong side, change the place of first 2 loops, purl 2 stitches together

M1BL: make one backwards loop

yarn over short row: knit to the turning point in the first row, stop and turn, yarn over before working, and closing the gap when reach the yarn over.

Note:
1. This pattern is making in Chinese crochet pattern terms, and the stitch name is written using American terminology. All measurements in charts are in cm. 
2. When knitting back and forth, the wrong side should be worked in the opposite stitch pattern to the chart.

Part 1 Front piece ​A​ 00' 54'' (Part1) ​

Divide into hem, body, and shoulder-parts. Use the left-handed long-tail cast on method to cast on, then knit back and forth these three areas. Please refer to the video demonstration for details.

Note: After finishing the hem, compare the dimensions. Refer to the structure diagram for the width, and the height of the stocking stitch should be 7cm (26 rows). If the dimensions differ significantly, you can adjust your tension or change the needle size and re-knit.

Part 3 Sleeves C​​ConnectionD​ 00' 07'' (Part2) ​

Start by knitting the sleeves. The single embroidery is divided into the cuff and the sleeve body. Use the left-handed long-tail cast on for starting, and knit the two areas sequentially. After completing, connect the corresponding areas in order: the hems and body of the front and back pieces, the shoulders of the front and back pieces, and the matching regions of the sleeves. Please refer to the video demonstration for specifics.

Note: When connecting different color areas, use the same color yarn for the connection.

Part 4 CollarE​DecorationsF​ 17' 11'' (Part2) ​

First, pick up stitches along the neckline in the corresponding area and knit the collar. After completing it, sew together the sides and the beginning and ending of the collar. Then make decorations, divided into buttons, bordure, and embroidery, and complete them separately and attach them. For specifics, please refer to the video demonstration.
