Materials:  Ply Combed Cotton & Acrylic Fibre Hand Knitting Yarn

Hook: 3.50 mm crochet hook, 11# -3.00 mm straight needle

Note: This pattern is making in Chinese crochet pattern terms, and the stitch name is written using American terminology. All measurements in charts are in cm. 

Part 1 Square motif ×27 pieces

Color: The color scheme for the first three rounds can be chosen based on your preference and the color scheme for the last three rounds is 19#Whisper White.

Note: The size of a single motif is 12cm.

Part 2 Triangular motif ×2 pieces

Color: The color scheme for the first three rows can be chosen based on your preference and the color scheme for the last three rows is 19#Whisper White.

Part 3 Joining ( 34#Toffee )

Follow the chart instruction for the outer edge to connect the motifs using the slip stitch seam method according to the structure diagram. On the sides, only connect the lower half and one-half of a motif, leaving the upper half and one-half for connecting the sleeves. For the neckline section, don’t work the outer edge.

Part 4 Pick up stitches for neckline ( 34#Toffee )

Pick up 144 stitches around the neckline, work 11 rounds of 1×1 ribbing stitch using straight needles and bind off with a ribbed bind off method at the ending.

Part 5 Sleeve

Following the chart, work the sleeve section with 72 chain stitches, joining the ends to form a round. The orange circle highlights one segment of the sleeve, with each sleeve consisting of three segments total. For the first segment, work the bottom row in the opposite direction and connect it to half of the side piece of the garment. Similarly, for the second segment, work the row in the reverse direction and join it simultaneously to the topmost row of the previous segment as you crochet.

For the sleeve color, please refer to the color scheme in the picture.

PART 6: After crocheting the last section, don’t cut the yarn, continue crocheting upward in red for that row, then crochet the cuffs with 9 double crochets in each round.
PART 7: Finally, crochet a strap with 45 chain stitches and thread it through the red circle, joining the beginning and end. Then crochet one row of slip stitches to tighten the cuff.
