Bunny Ear Hat Set

This set includes two parts: the hat and the scarf.

Due to variations in individual tension, the size of the sample is for reference only.

Part 1 Hat

The hat consists of the main part, the edging, the ears, and the ties.

Step 1 Main PartA​ and EdgingB​ 00' 34'' ​

The main part starts with a foundation chain, then works back and forth before crocheting in rounds. During the process, you need to switch colors. After completing it, add the edging around the opening. Please refer to the video demonstration for details.

Note:
After completing the 21st round of the main part, you can try it on to see if it fits properly. If it's too loose or too tight, you can adjust your tension and re-crochet this round. Do the same for the following rounds—try it on as you go and adjust your tension to ensure a comfortable fit. At the end of the main part, leave a 15 cm yarn tail to close the opening.

Step 2 EarsC​ 44' 33'' ​

There are 2 ears, both made using the magic ring method, crocheted in rounds counterclockwise. After completing them, secure them to the corresponding positions on the main piece. Please refer to the video demonstration for details.

Step 3 TiesD​ 54' 02'' ​

First, crochet the cord. Then, secure the pom-pom to the main body.

Part 2 Scarf

It includes the main fabric piece, the loop, and the bunny ears.

Step 1 Main piece of the scarfE​ 58' 19'' ​

The main fabric pieces for the scarf consist of 2 pieces, both starting with a foundation chain. You will work back and forth along the foundation chain. After completing the second piece, connect the two pieces together. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Step 2 LoopF​ 72' 02'' ​

The loop consists of two main fabric pieces and an edging. The two main pieces of the loop are identical and are both started with a foundation chain, worked back and forth, and then joined at the side to crochet the edging. One side should have a 20 cm yarn tail left for sewing it to one side of the main fabric piece of the scarf. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Note: Every row is worked by picking up  the front loops and crocheting slip stitches.

Step 3 Bunny EarsG​ 87' 17'' ​

For the bunny ears, there are two of them—one long and one short. Both are started with a magic ring and crocheted in rounds counterclockwise. After completing them, sew the shorter ear to one side of the ring, and the longer ear to the other side of the main neck piece. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.
