Flowers Blossoming Tank Dress

This dress consists of two sections: the main body and decorations. We'll crochet the main body first and then add decorations accordingly.

Part 1 Main BodyA​

The main body consists of the back body, left and right front bodies, joining, edging and hem.

Step 1 Back bodyA1​ 00' 57'' ​

The back body composed of the body and the shoulder straps. Start with a foundation chain, and work back and forth in rows. For specifics, please refer to the video demonstration.

Note: After completing the body Row 3, please measure the dimensions. It should be about 2 cm high, and the width should be roughly the same as the bust measurement. If there's a significant difference, you need to adjust your tension and crochet it again.

Step 2 Left and right front bodiesA2​ 13' 50'' ​

The left and right front bodies also composed of the body and the shoulder straps.

Step 3 JoiningA3​ and edgingA4​ 14' 28'' ​

After the front and back pieces completed, join them at the shoulders and side of the body, then work the edging along the neckline and armhole.

Step 4 HemA5​ 31' 08'' ​

The hem is working by pick up stitches around the bottom of the front and back pieces, crocheting in rounds, divided into Section A and Section B, with color changes needed during the crocheting process.

Note: The number of rounds in Section A is for reference only; follow the dimensions.

Part 2 decorationsB​

The decorations including flowers, leaves, tie and buttons.

Step 1 Flowers (make 8)B1​ 54' 03'' ​

The flowers start with adjustable magic ring, crochet in rounds counterclockwise. You'll need to change colors during the process. For specifics, please refer to the video demonstration.

Note: Fasten off with a 40 cm yarn tail for sewing together.

Step 2 LeavesB2​ 56' 55'' ​

The leaves are two sizes: large and small. The methods are similar. Both start with a foundation chain, and work in rounds around the foundation chain. For specifics, please refer to the video demonstration.

Note: Fasten off with a 30 cm tail for sewing on the small leaves, and a bit longer for the large leaves.

Step 3 Tie and Buttons B3​ 63' 55'' ​

The tie is crocheted using two strands of yarn hold together. Once completed, thread it through the eyelets in round 1 of the hem. Finally, secure two buttons on the right front edge. For specifics, please refer to the video demonstration.

Note: The Tie length for size 90-105 cm is about 1.0 m, and the specific length can be adjusted as needed.
