Mondrian Pixel Blanket

The blanket consists of strip pieces, large fabric pieces, small fabric pieces, connections, and bordering. First, crochet each of the three types of fabric pieces separately. Once completed, crochet the edging one of the fabric pieces. For the rest of the pieces, crochet the edging and join as you go. Finally, crochet the border of the blanket. For specific yarn, color schemes, and hook sizes, please refer to the paper instructions.

The handcrafted measurements may have an error of 1 to 2 cm. Due to variations in individual tension, the size of the sample is for reference only.
Materials: Susan's Family 4-Ply Combed Cotton & Acrylic Fibre Hand Knitting Yarn

Hook: 3.00 mm crochet hook

The fabric pieces are rectangular, with the long strips and large pieces consisting of increasing sections, even sections, and decreasing sections. The small pieces only have increasing sections and decreasing sections. Start from the bottom right corner and work back and forth in 2 or 3 sections. The middle part forms the corresponding pattern through color changes and joining the yarn. The color scheme is based on the chart. The video demonstrates this using the long strip at the bottom of the finished product as an example.

Follow the numbered order, from top to bottom, and connect them sequentially. First, crochet the edging on piece ①, then work and join the remaining sides. After completing this, work around the edges in rounds to border the entire blanket. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.
