First, crochet all the sections of the main part, then join them together. Next, crochet and attach the motifs, add the neckline edging, and finally, crochet and secure the drawstrings at the cuffs.

Note: Hand-measured, with a possible error of 1-2 cm. Since everyone's tension varies, the sample size is for reference only.

Part 1 Back Body A 01' 06''
Note: After you finish the first 9 rows, measure the height of rows 2-9. The height of those 8 rows should be about 5.5 cm. For the length, just check the bust measurement of the sample.

Part 2 Front Body B 12' 49''
Note: For the layout of the 3 large motifs and leaves, check out the finished product photo. You can also adjust it to your preference.

Part 3 Sleeves C and Joining Together D 15' 54''
Once you've crocheted the front and back bodies and the sleeves, join all the pieces together. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.
Note: Join the pieces on the wrong side by making 1 single crochet and 2-3 chains. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Part 4 Motifs E 22' 39''
There are three types of large motifs and one type of leaf. The rest are all small motifs. You can start by crocheting the corresponding number of large motifs and leaves. Then, temporarily secure the main part and the motifs to a fabric sofa, mattress, or foam board. Once they’re fixed in place, randomly fill in any sparse areas with various small motifs and temporarily secure them too. After everything is done, sew them all together. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Note: 1. If you want, you can make smaller leaves by just reducing the number of starting chains and rows. 2. On even-numbered rows, work into the front loop only. On odd-numbered rows, work into the back loop only (except for Row 1).
Note: If needed, you can just work the first 2 rounds and leave row 3 unworked.

Part 5 Neckline Edging F 78' 55''
Note:
1. For the front body neckline, crochet 3 stitches in each of the first 6 rows on the sides. Pick up 25 stitches on each side and 36 stitches in the middle.
2. For the back body neckline, crochet 3 stitches in each row on the sides. Pick up 9 stitches on each side and 52 stitches in the middle.

Part 6 Drawstring G 79' 32''
There are 2 drawstrings, each about 65 cm in length. You can adjust the length to your preference. Crochet the drawstrings using 2 strands held together.
