Temple of Heaven Prayer Hall Sachet

This sachet is divided into three sections: First floor, second floor, third floor, down to top. Each consists of the main hall, eaves, and decorations. Lastly, we'll add a plaque, a chain, and the actual incense bag. 

The handcrafted measurements may have an error of 1 to 2 cm. Due to variations in individual tension, the size of the sample is for reference only.

Note: This pattern is making in Chinese crochet pattern terms, and the stitch name is written using American terminology. All measurements in charts are in cm.

Step 1 Main hall

Start by crocheting the hall in rounds on an acrylic board. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Step 2 First eave

The first eave consists of upper and lower layer. Start with the lower layer. Then work on the upper one and combine them by edging. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Step 3 Decorations

Decorations consisted of the main hall and the eaves. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Part 2 Second floorB​ 53' 08'' ​

It also has the main hall, the eaves, and decorations. The second main hall connects to the first one. Keep crocheting the corresponding rounds. For the second layer of the roof, crochet the top and bottom layers separately, then join them with edging. Finally, add decorations. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Part 3 Third floorC​ 59' 51'' ​

The third floor also has main hall, the eave and decorations. The third main hall connects to the second one. we'll crochet it in rounds. The third eave consists of he inner layer, lower layer and upper layer. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Part 4 PlaqueD​ 72' 44'' ​

The plaque start with a foundation chain, crochet back and forth in rows at first and crochet in rounds then. After that, sew on the decorations. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Part 5 The chain and incense bagE​ 84' 43'' ​

Finally, add the chain and incense bag. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.
