Tulip Girl Storage Box

This storage box consists of the main part and the accessories.The accessories include a doll, flowers, polymer clay blossoms and little pearls. Complete the main part first, then make the accessories.

 1. This pattern is making in Chinese crochet pattern terms, and the stitch name is written using American terminology. All measurements in charts are in cm. 
 2. Working in joined round
When crocheting in rounds without further guidance, working in closed rounds, start each round with a set number of beginning chains and close with a slip stitch. The beginning chain preceding a single crochet and the slip stitch used for joining rounds are not included in the total stitches.

Part 1 The main partA​

Note: The total number of rounds for the bag body is just a reference. You only need to make sure that when the fabric is folded down, it's about the same length as the bag body.

Eyes sewing yarn: 4-Ply Combed Cotton & Acrylic Fibre Hand Knitting Yarn 21#Black Beauty 19-3911, pull out 1 strand.

The head consists of the main part,eyes, and blush.The main part of the head using the magic ring to crochet in rounds.Please refer to the video demonstration for specifics.

Crochet the body in rounds using the magic ring，and need to switch colors while crocheting. Please refer to the video demonstration for specifics.

Crochet the arms in rounds using the magic ring. Please refer to the video demonstration for specifics.

Step4 LegsB4​ 13' 25'' ​(Part 2) 

Legs are starting with a foundation chain and work in rounds. Please refer to the video demonstration for specifics.

Step5 HairB5​ 29' 37'' ​(Part 2) 

For the hair, we'll crochet in rounds using the magic ring.After two rounds, start working on the hair strips.Finally, use it with the wrong side facing out. Please refer to the video demonstration for specifics.

Part3 Flowers C​

The flowers consist of flower piecesC1​,leavesC2​, and flower stems.

Note: 
1. The flower motifs are crocheted using the remaining yarn after completing the main piece, with random colors. The number in the chart is for reference only.
2. Leave about a 30cm yarn tail before breaking the yarn.

Step2 LeavesC2​ 44' 23'' ​(Part 2) 

For the leaves, also start with a foundation chain.Some leaves might require inserting an iron wire.Please refer to the video demonstration for specifics.

Note: The wire length for the leaves is about 10 cm, but you can adjust it according to your preference.

Part4 AssembleD​ 48' 22'' ​(Part 2) 

The assembly is divided into flower assembly and doll assembly. The flower assembly includes flower pieces, leaves, and stems, with the stems made by wrapping yarn around wire. The doll assembly includes the head, body, legs, and arms. For specific instructions on assembling the arms and the winding mechanism, please refer to the video demonstration.

Note: The wire for the flower stem is about 12-18 cm in length, but you can adjust it according to your preference.
