Visiting Garden

Description: The Prosperity and Perfection Style design includes  2 branches of loquat + 2 branches of pomegranate.
 Note: Measured by hand, the error is between 1~2cm. Due to different crochet tension of each person, the dimensions of the sample are for reference only.

Note: This pattern is making in Chinese crochet pattern terms, and the stitch name is written using American terminology. All measurements in charts are in cm. 

Loquat

Materials: Impression Misty Feather， 4-Ply Combed Cotton & Acrylic Fibre Hand Knitting Yarn.

Hook: 2.5 mm crochet hook 

The bouquet consists of two parts: flower branches and packaging. A single branch of loquat includes the fruit and leaves. Crochet these elements first, then assemble them.

Part 1 Fruit

The fruit (09#Aspen Gold) is crocheted using the magic ring method, working in spirals counter clockwise. Stuff appropriately midway through, and after completing the crochet, add a wire for assembly and embroider the stem at the starting point with yarn (26#Cashew). 

Part 2 Leaves

Materials:  Impression Misty Feather 24#Elm Green

The leaf is started with a foundation chain and worked back and forth, wrapping wire in the process. 

Part 3 Assemble

Materials:4-Ply Combed Cotton & Acrylic Fibre Hand Knitting Yarn26#Cashew

Finally, assemble by dividing into Branch One, Branch Two, and Branch Three. First, assemble each branch individually, then assemble them together as a whole.

Hook: 2.5 mm crochet hook 

Pomegranate

A total of two branches

Part 1 Pomegranate fruit

The pomegranate is divided into Pomegranate 1 and Pomegranate 2, both of which include the main part and the stem, and both are crocheted in spiraling rounds starting with a magic ring method. Pomegranate 2 also includes decorative elements. 

Note:
① The joining position for the stem of Pomegranate 1 is random, while the joining position for the stem of Pomegranate 2 is on the front loop of the first stitch in round 18; the crocheting method is identical for both.
② In round 2 of the stem, slip stitches are worked into the insertion points of round 1.
③ For the decorative part of Pomegranate 2, first work slip stitches and chain stitches along the horizontal bars at the edge. After completing this section, leave a 40cm yarn tail to whip stitch the dent inside the pomegranate. Finally, sew on a bead (using one strand from  4-Ply Combed Cotton & Acrylic Fibre Hand Knitting Yarn - 45#Orangeade).

Part 2 Flower

Divide into Flower 1 and Flower 2. Both are crocheted in rounds using the magic ring method. While crocheting, stuffing and thin wire need to be added. For Flower 2, pistils also need to be added. 

Note:
① The length of the thin wire for two types of flowers is about 30-40cm, which can be adjusted according to preference;
② The quantity of pistils for Flower 2 is 7, which can also be adjusted based on preference;
③ After completing round 9, insert the wire and close up.

Part 3 Leaf

The leaves are started with a foundation chain and worked in rounds, while crocheting, thin wire needs to be added. 

Note: The length of the thin wire for leaves is about 30-40cm, which can be adjusted according to preference.

Part 4 Assemble

First, make the flower branches, leaf branches, and pomegranate fruit branches. Then assemble the branches. The pomegranate fruit branches are made by wrapping thick wire, while the flower and leaf branches are made by wrapping thin wire.
