This doily consists of motifs, joining, and edging. First, crochet the motifs. Then, join them together accordingly. Finally, we'll crochet the edging.


The handcrafted measurements may have an error of 1 to 2 cm. Due to variations in individual tension, the size of the sample is for reference only.
Materials: Susan's Family Combed 5# Lace
Hook: 2.0 mm crochet hook

Note: This pattern is making in Chinese crochet pattern terms, and the stitch name is written using American terminology. All measurements in charts are in cm.


Part 1 Motifs
There are two types of motifs involved. These are Motif 1 and Motif 2.
Step 1 Motif 1A1 00' 56'' (Part 1)
Motif 1 start with a magic ring, crochet in rounds counterclockwise. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Step 2 Motif 2A2 22' 19'' (Part 1)
Motif 2 start with a magic ring, crochet in rounds counterclockwise. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.

Part 2 JoiningB 00' 12'' (Part 2)
Arrange two different motifs alternately, use the "join as you go" technique. Start joining from left to right, bottom to top. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.
Note: The pattern chart demonstrates the joining together of 6 motifs. The quantity and arrangement of the motifs can be adjusted according to personal preference.

Part 3 EdgingC 28' 57'' (Part 2)
The edging is worked around the sides of the joined motifs. It's done in rounds. Please refer to the video demonstration for more details.
